the problem of going in and out of the parking lot, has to be validated every time

Overall stay experience was nice. I am just upset little bit on invoicing part. I request something to front desk team to support in Invoicing but unfortunately they were not able to do which was generally possible. However overall stay is fine.

The hotel staff really help me during my stay and it is well located nearby IOI Mall. I just feel a little bit disturbed because the room is not soundproof and maybe can be improve in future. Will definitely book the hotel again.
