Overall stay was good and clean. The only downside is the lift that always all at ground floor and if you staying at L10 you have to wait awhile for the lift. My suggestion if you can set 1 lift always at L13 and 2 lift at ground floor that will be great.

Wonderful stay! The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the rooftop bar offered a fantastic atmosphere to unwind. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Malaysia.

The staff were very helpful and the room was nice. However, the toilet door was not user-friendly for elderly guests or even for someone like me—the door was extremely tight, and the handle required a lot of force to pull open. The breakfast variety could also be improved. Only beef sausage was served, and not everyone consumes beef. I hope these small points of feedback can be taken into consideration. Thank you for the great hospitality.
